Refund Policy

We want you to feel zero risk when you start a Pro subscription. Here's exactly how refunds work.
The 3-day free trial
Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required at signup. You get full Pro access immediately. If you don't add a payment method by the end of day 3, your account simply reverts to the free tier on day 4. There is nothing to cancel and no charge to refund.
Cancel before day 4
If you do add a payment method during your trial and decide it isn't for you, head to your Billing page and click "Manage subscription" to cancel. As long as you cancel before the end of day 3, you won't be charged.
30-day refund window
If you're unsatisfied with your subscription — including charges you intended to cancel — email support@practicecaddie.com within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal charge and we'll refund you in full. Include your account email and the date of the charge so we can find it quickly.
After 30 days
After 30 days from a charge, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for that period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused months at our discretion. Cancel from the Billing page to stop future renewals at any time.
Plan switches
You can switch between monthly and yearly from the Billing page at any time. Switches take effect at the next renewal — you won't lose remaining paid time on the current plan.
Web purchases (Stripe)
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through our website are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by those platforms — we have no direct refund authority over in-app purchases. Submit Apple refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google Play refund requests through Google Play support. Email us at support@practicecaddie.com if you need help finding the right form.
